First off, Mack and Brian did a fantastic job installing a pressure reducing valve in my home. They were respectful, quick, and thorough with their job. The valve works perfectly, no leaks, and now my home has nominal pressure. They are why I gave Service Pro Plumbing five stars.It would have been one fewer star otherwise. The initial call to Service Pro was good and responsive, and they were able to schedule my job within two days. Great. However, my appointment was supposed to be the first of the day and after two hours of waiting for a plumber to arrive I had to call to see what the issue was. Apparently there was an emergency that they had to respond to, which is understandable, but there was zero proactive communication about it. They did eventually prioritize getting someone out hours later the same day, they were kind throughout the whole process, and then gave a credit as an apology for the mistake so I do consider it handled with care.The only other concern I had was their initial pricing structure. I was originally told the plumbers would show up for a $79 non-refundable assessment for the job before giving me an actual price (this fee would be applied to the job if I accept). I understand their time is valuable, but to bid this job a rough estimate is expected. I was finally able to have the dispatcher call a plumber for a ballpark price range and that is why I accepted them for the job. In the end, their pricing was very fair, but it would be nice to know that in advance without having to press the issue. In the end, I would be happy to have Service Pro Plumbing back for any future plumbing needs.

We reached out to Service Pro Plumbing after our usual plumber failed to return our calls and messages to replace a 50-gallon water heater in Camas.Brooklyn, one of the owners, responded quickly to our online inquiry and asked thoughtful questions about our situation. She was incredibly helpful in getting us on the calendar as soon as possible.Brian, the technician, showed up on time and talked us through several options and the costs/benefits of each (tank vs. tankless). He was efficient and kept us informed as he removed our old unit and installed the new one. Oh, and he wiped down the new tank and surrounding area when he was done...not something most plumbers do!We're so glad we found our new go-to plumbing company!

Jeremy came by to give us a quote on our ancient leaking water heater. He was professional and walked through all of our options. This is the third time we’ve requested work from Service Pro Plumbing, can’t recommend them enough!Update: Jeremy installed the new water heater right away. We spoke with Brooklyn and Travis yesterday on SundayAnd Travis was able to walk my husband through how to turn off the water to the leak. Very successful and many thanks for their help. We did go with a different company since we were able to be serviced today rather than waiting until Tuesday.I would highly recommend this company mostly for the fact they took time out of their day to help us and we didn’t even use them for the repair.Thanks againTravis and Brooklyn

Eric was very communicative about the installation of my new sink, and made sure everything was working properly before he left. He was very nice and informed me that I have a one year warranty on all parts he installed, even though I purchased the sink myself. He even answered every question that I had about all other plumbing stuff that I had. I will definitely be using them again and I would highly recommend.
